Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and structured style, made famous by the Indian master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois . It is based on a precise sequence of postures, linked together by a continuous flow guided by the breath ( vinyasa ), which requires concentration, strength, flexibility and consistency.

The practice can take place in two ways: the Led Class , where the teacher verbally leads each movement, and the Mysore method, in which each practitioner follows the sequence at his or her own pace, with the teacher assisting and correcting in a personalized way.

The Mysore style represents the traditional form of transmission of this method: it encourages autonomy, rootedness and a deep personal practice, supported by the constant presence of the teacher.
